Square Section Heaters Overview
Our single-ended square section heaters have been developed to meet the growing demand for high-performance, fully sealed heating elements capable of operating at elevated temperatures required by modern machinery.
The square section tubular construction offers a unique combination of design flexibility, robustness, and operational durability – providing a significant advantage over traditional mica, ceramic, and round tubular heaters.
Unlike standard round elements, the square profile allows increased surface contact, resulting in superior heat transfer and more uniform temperature distribution. Standard Supply
Each disc heater is supplied as standard with 500mm high-temperature glass fibre leads and a stainless steel cover (18 gauge) for added durability.

Most items are available for delivery in 4/5 or 2/3 working days. However, we do offer additional emergency services for customers who are in a breakdown situation.
