Fabrication and Sheet metal

At Elmatic, we have our own sheet metal fabrication Cardiff shop which produces components for our production of well-built industrial and electric heating elements. We produce our own fabricated terminal boxes, mounting plates, diverters, clamp bands plus many more purpose built special requirements whether it is small or large.

Our Cardiff sheet metal fabrication shop consists of an Amada for CNC punching which has a capacity for 2500mm x 1000mm sheet size. Thicknesses up to 3mm in steel and 2mm in stainless steel.

Also, our sheet metal fabrication shop in Cardiff has a CNC folding machine (Brake Press) for accuracy when forming into required shapes up to 2500mm wide.

We have an experienced workforce who are competent in all aspects of fabrication work including welding and assembly.

We have the capacity to produce additional projects in various materials in our sheet metal fabrication shop in Cardiff and would welcome the opportunity to quote you on any requirements which you may have. Please send any drawings .dxf preferred, but .dwg, pdf or scanned sketches are acceptable to our design department with your requirements.
